Refund and Returns Policy

Please read the following carefully, then send us a refund request by creating a ticket in the support section.

Requests for Refund must be clear and acceptable:

  • Before you buy, be sure to request a trial account. We have set up a trial account so that you can test the service. If you are not satisfied, do not buy a long-term subscription.

  • If your internet speed is slow, you will not be able to properly access or use IPTV Trends services. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.

  • The IPTV Trends team is available 24/7 to assist you, and if you are unable to set up the service on your devices for any reason, it will not qualify for a refund. Please refer to our setup tutorials before requesting support.

  • If you made a mistake in selecting a subscription plan (e.g., you intended to purchase a 3-month plan but accidentally paid for a 1-year or 1-month plan), you may submit a support ticket titled “Payment error.” Our team will review it and, if accepted, process your refund.
