Refund and Returns Policy
Please read the following carefully, then send us a refund request by creating a ticket in the support section.
Requests for Refund must be clear and acceptable:
Before you buy, be sure to request a trial account. We have set up a trial account so that you can test the service. If you are not satisfied, do not buy a long-term subscription.
If your internet speed is slow, you will not be able to properly access or use IPTV Trends services. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
The IPTV Trends team is available 24/7 to assist you, and if you are unable to set up the service on your devices for any reason, it will not qualify for a refund. Please refer to our setup tutorials before requesting support.
If you made a mistake in selecting a subscription plan (e.g., you intended to purchase a 3-month plan but accidentally paid for a 1-year or 1-month plan), you may submit a support ticket titled “Payment error.” Our team will review it and, if accepted, process your refund.
